90 DAYS TO A PERFECT BODY

90 Days to a perfect body will be my mini journal on the progress of my yes... LIFE STYLE CHANGE! All I have done in the past few blog entries was make promises or pledges that hasn't materialized at all. Now for a change I'll put my daily activities, and yes food intake in order to track my very own PROGRESS.

90 days will just be a reminder of my Short term attainable goal, to lose 50+ pounds from my current weight of 210 pounds. I hope this won't stop when I reach the 90th day - and hopefully this one would turn to be a habit to a better ME.

Actually I'M MORE INSPIRED THAN EVER TO DO THIS LIFESTYLE CHANGE. SO NOW I'LL COMMIT TO THIS ONE, NO MATER WHAT!

Road to perfect body Day 27

Reached my anaerobic threshold, needs a lot of rest. Looking forward to Day 29 - when I run and climb again.

Road to perfect body Day 26

Football + Pyramid Climbing = FML

Road to perfect body Day 25

Breakfast was 1/4 cup rice 1 and half salted egg and 3 spoons of oat meal, lunch was a can of tuna for tuna caesar salad, 3 slices of pineapple and 1 can of pineapple juice, dinner 2 small bowls (2 and a half cup) of fried rice, 1 pastel, 1 durian and "tuna-Diablo" Spell calorie count - probably very high.

For my physical activity - intense, maybe? walked on my way to UP academic oval from Power Up TS, jogged a good 2.2 Km, and then brisk-walked back to TS, climbed a total of 19 walls, back home did 150 dips, 300 crunches, 90 leg raises and 3-hundreds.

Sweet.

Road to perfect body Day 24

Ate small for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a midnight snack. Had some time for light floor exercises. Went to a friend's mother's wake - the culprit behind the midnight snack - no regrets though.

Road to perfect body Day 23

I don't like this updating thing anymore haha it is tiring and frustrating haha but any way worked-out really hard but did not manage to watch out on the diet. tom is light work and meal day.

Road to perfect body Day 19-22: FAIL

Road to perfect body Day 18:

Doughnuts won't do you good, got guilty so I climbed.

Road to perfect body Day 17:

Nothing happened

Road to perfect body Day 16:

Got fatigued due to the previous day - so rest day HAHA

Road to perfect body Day 15:

This is the day before ASH WED. So after this one goodbye meat for 40 days and 40 nights. So to compensate and to really harden things my last meaty lunch was established.

I met up with my good old brother - maybe not blood brothers but any way fuck it and we ate A PLATTER OF MEXICAN FOOD good for 3-4 persons and a 10 inch Burrito and boy it was a BLAST! One pretty big meal for the whole day and that's it.

This day was actually a day of rejuvenation as I went back climbing, had a great re-baptism of fire, almost 3 months of no-climbing after my injury. Endurance climb is and will be my theme for the next 2 weeks.

Went home early and finished my floor exercises at home. 3 sets 100 crunches, 3 sets hundreds, 3 sets 30 leg raises, 3 sets 50 for obliques, 3 sets 50 dips, 3 sets 100 biceps 5 lb. weight lifting, 3 sets 50 lady push ups.

tomorrow I run and do some laps in the easy walls.

Road to perfect body Day 14:

I think i have abused my body, my mind was shouting depressing thoughts. I felt I have no more happy hormones left in me. Got the super bored feeling. Slept for the whole day. Sulked over thingamajigs.

In order to, ahem, recuperate I had some endorphins blaster, - half bar of milk chocolate, that is and yes some good old comfort food - a bowl of seafood ramen and tuna caesar salad.

I did absolutely nothing that day, I just literally slept.

This isn't the right path for a perfect body. Any way, looking forward to a new and fruitful day 15.

Road to perfect body Day 13:

Ate one really heavy meal after a 30 min. of jogging. Did my daily routine of floor exercises at home.

Road to rebound Day 11-12:

My cousin's birthday and family day respectively... it was fun but for my program its really hurting me real bad. Any way day 13 would drag me to UP to meet up with my friends for us to jog. Excited for the next day, dismayed for this past two.

Road to perdition Day 9-10:

Stress eating and sulking over unrequited thingamajigs.

Road to perfect body Day 8:

What I ate today? lettuce, 1 tbsp vinaigrette, 1 tbsp olive oil, cheese and 1 can tuna (salad), 3 table spoons full of oat meal, 1 table spoon honey, 2 cups of rice, fried chicken and spare ribs. 2 cans of pineapple juice.

What I did the whole day: In the morning I did 2 sets of leg raises, 2 hundreds, 2 sets of crunches and 150 dips. Sleep, sleep and lots of more sleep.

*I now have a bad case of Flu. I wish to have a better day tomorrow. I'll get back to sleep in a while.

Road to perfect body Day 7:

Food intake: Penne pasta + 2 chicken breast with cheese, 1 grande caramel macchiato, 1/4 strawberry Belgian waffle with whip cream, 1 krispy creme doughnut, 1 KFC Zinger, 1 Can of Red horse beer, 1 can of pineapple juice.

Physical activity... what physical activity? HAHA

Notable Notes: Alcohol is 7 k/cal per God knows how many, I drove while slightly intoxicated (an honest mistake - I forgot that I gulped a can of -OH), Got more inspired because of a meeting with Madame Perfect, but it turned out that time is just ticking and I'm too sleepy to yeah do some more exercise.

Road to perfect body Day 6: NO DAY 6 CHEAT DAY >:D

Okay fitness day... jogged for 30 mins around the house, 300 crunches, 150 dips, 3 sets of hundreds, 3 sets of 100 5lb weights for biceps, 90 leg raises.

Another okay eating day... ate a slice of pork knuckles, 1 green mango, half cup rice, beef tapa, 6 pcs. blanched petchay, 2 pcs. hakaw, another half cup of rice and red snapper fish fillet in light lemony and chilly Chinese sauce.

Road to perfect body Day 4:

Road to perfect body Day 2:

This day was a sleeper, exam day, so mentally I had my neurons working - maybe using some energy but not what I'm actually desiring for. Got home pretty late so for my exercise  I gave about 30 minutes targeting my core. 300 crunches, 90 leg raises, 3 sets of hundreds and 150 reps for the obliques and some other more.

my dietary intake was so-so too,
3 tbsp of oatmeal, 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp of powdered milk, a heap load of lettuce, 1 small can of century tuna, 2 tbsp of ceasar dressing, 2 small square slices of greasy pizza, 1 glass of guyabano juice, 1 glass of green mango shake, 4 pcs of siomai, 4 slices of wheat bread, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 glass of non-fat fresh milk.

Road to perfect body Day 1:

I dunno what has gotten into me, I'm so psyched to do some working-out / lifestyle change! haha i did 3 sets of 100 crunches, 3 sets of hundreds, 3 sets of 30 leg raises, 3 sets of 50 dips, 3 sets of 50 "i-don't-know-what-it's-called" for the obliques, 3 sets of 10 pull-ups, 3 sets for biceps

then I ate, oat meal 3 spoons again for breakfast, lunch was 1 fourth cup rice and some pork, for snack 2 slices of bread (PB&J), a can of pineapple juice, for dinner i'll go with salad later lettuce tomatoes, olive oil and vinaigrette. I'm feeling the change already! haha (so much for positivity)
